LOCKDOWN DAYS :
Current pandemic situation due to COVID-19 has made each one of us fighting for life. Normal flow of life has been seized by this deadly Coronavirus outbreak. Our lifestyle has been completely changed by this pandemic.
It was just 3 months ago administration was forcing people to stay at home quarantine but today the situation is completely different. People are staying at home as much as possible whether there is a lockdown notice or not.
Today, 24th July,2020 we have 1.29M confirmed Covid case in our country and we are literally trembling with fear to step outside. And by the time I will be uploading this post the number will increase for sure.
I’m a student and for four and half months I am stuck in my house. Normal cold is making me thinking whether I am going to die or not. Everyday I wake up, look through the window and the first thing strikes me is “You are in a sick world”. I have stopped following news channels and any kind of source serving COVID-19 updates. I feel safe when each one of my family members is at home.
Before this pandemic I had plans for my future. I was studying hard for getting a job. My online startup was growing gradually. As of now I am clueless. My startup has been shut down. Examination has been postponed for which I was so preparing so hard. So many things are going through my mind every now and then. Control over my emotions are getting out of hand. Everyday I am trying hard to keep myself on track.
Well, this is not only my situation. Every person is going through a tough time. Covid-19 pandemic has made a large number of people jobless. Concern for feeding their family has taken over the panic of virus. People who are financially well-conditioned dying inside in panic and fear.
Corona is not only attacking our body, it’s affecting our thought process so badly that we are suffering from insecurities, depression, anxiety to a great extent.

Tips to deal with anxiety in this pandemic :
2. Don’t get upset by seeing over-enthusiastic posts of people in social media. We are supposed 3. to stay at home for safety. So if you are not feeling to do something creative that’s absolutely fine.
4. Try to fix yourself in a daily routine.
5. Connect with friends over phone calls or social media as still it's not possible for all to meet someone in person.
6. Try to focus on something, it will help to keep your mind from anxious thoughts.
7. Maintain a diary about your everyday thoughts and activities.
8. Find happiness in small things around you.
9. Try to restore habits which have been faded out due to other responsibilities of life.

Let's not stop hoping for a healthy world. We will be seeing a Corona free morning one day. We will be smiling again without mask. Life will be catching it's normal flow with time again.
